Getting the Perfect Fit

Being the bride you are the center of the event but that doesn't mean you can wear any style you just because everybody's there for your big day. All the more reason why you need to make sure that you are fitting perfectly in your gown.

To help you decide as to which type and style flatters you well check out the following tips.

Short Waist or the Apple Type

These are women who happen to have naturally proportioned body unfortunate though for the small distance from the ribs to the hips. Try the Princess line silhouette. This should be fitted at the bodice and opening to a full skirt gradually. This should help elongate your torso. A big no-no would be the sheath so stay away from that as it makes your short waist shouting to the crowd.

Round Figure

The volume of the breasts, tummy, round hips and butt are just blossoming. I guess everyone would agree that these type of women should stay away from sheath and spaghetti straps, this will just reveal everything. Believe it or not a ball gown wedding should do you justice and of course an A-line silhouette that just works on every body type.

The Pear or Triangle Shape

Obviously this type of body is narrow on  top and wide at the bottom. An empire would fit you fine since it hugs the  small top and disguise the wider bottom. Steer clear of mermaid type of dress as it adds more volume to the lower part of body.

Thin or Banana Type

May you be tall or short same rule applies to your mostly bony body structure. A ball gown would definitely do the trick. Making you a princess-like bride just those in fairy tales. Try not to get into off-shoulder or haltered necklines.

Hourglass Body type

The envy of all brides the perfect figure. An A-line wedding dress would be an icing on the cake since it will further enhance your almost perfect body, showing dropped waist line to show off and on top try the sweetheart neckline to show off your chest. And if you just want to finish it off with flying colors then the trumpet or mermaid type would surely be a hit. Even though you're almost perfect you still have several types of cut to stay away from such as ball gown or empire-waist since this is totally not proportioned.

One thing to keep in mind you may gain or lose weight before your big day but one thing is constant your actual body type. So you'll definitely won't go wrong with the choosing the right style for you. Good luck!
